He looks like Bardock but replace the Saiyan armor with a Jonin suit. Nuchiha also wears a sword sheath for his used to be sword but he still wears it. He wears a red head band and arm bands like the picture. Nuchiha carries many scrolls and has a Shuriken pouch. Bardock also has scrolls in his scroll pouch.

Nuchiha is a kind ninja determined to go up the ranks up to Hokage of the hidden leaf or at least the secret Anbu, Nuchiha concentrates on ninjutsu and his weaponry skills. Nuchiha is very skilled with his sword and his ninjutsu techniques. Nuchiha gets very serious when he gets into a conversation about weaponry or Ninjutsu. Clan History:

The Uchiha clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan who possess the bloodline of the Byakugan eye. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or “Wheel Eye,” the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers. This made them prime candidates to help found the Konoha Military Police Corps. The organization itself would go on to incorporate the Uchiha fan into their official logo, a symbol of the clan’s ties to fire. Background Information:
Nuchiha grew up in the hidden leaf and got his first bokken ( a wooden sword ) sword when he was 5. He was exeptionally well with it and got his first metal sword when he was 8. Nuchiha's father was very proud and signed him up for sword training. Nuchiha was the #1 student and passed with flying colors. Nuchiha was also very good at Ninjutsu too. When Nuchiha was a child he was attaced and got hit in the bac of the neck and passed out. After Nuchiha woke up he gained the ability to see into the future, He used his ability to prevent bad events from happening and became a hero.

( THIS IS FROM A DIFFERENT SITE BUT ITS MINE )Introduction: On a peacefull day on Earth a object came in and crashed into a forest and made a crater, and the object was a Saiyan pod. Then came out a Saiyan that looked alot like Goku, his name was Bardock. Bardock was the father of Goku, he opposed Frieza in a attempt to save his race, and to avenge his friends. " Heh lets see this races power levels. " Bardock said as he turned on his scouter. " What?! power level 5 average?! How do they manage to live?! " the confused Saiyan said to himself. This Saiyan pondered on how this race could survive and decides that they are technologically advanced. Bardock then went back to his Saiyan pod, and takes out his supplies. Bardock then decides to make a home, he decided to take a abondoned looking cave. It still had a bear, bardock easily killed th bear and put his Saiyan pod in it. Bardock goes and hits a couple trees down. He takes a stone and hits it against another one and makes a stone axe. Bardock uses his stone axe to carve the tree into a door and wall for the front of his cave. A perfect fit. Bardock then decides to turn in for the night, and then this Saiyan's adventure begins

1. 24 is a little old for a genin. I would suggest changing it to 13 or 12.
   
2. Add a few more sentences to appearance and personality.
   
3. Add more clan history. If you looked at the approved shinobi, Sasuke has good clan history, so you can use that.
   
4. Add a few more lines to history.
